At Kalida, we manufacture mosque and hotel carpets at our fully integrated facilities in Demirci, Manisa. With manufacturing experience rooted in 1954, we combine bespoke design with modern production technology.
Every space has its own architecture, purpose and requirements. We therefore consider a carpet as a whole: from materials and weave construction to measurements and installation planning, as well as pattern and colour.
From Yarn to Finished Carpet, Made Entirely In-House
Our fully integrated facilities are at the heart of our production. We carry out every stage under one roof, from yarn production and dyeing to weaving, shearing and finishing.
This allows us to monitor materials, colour, weave and surface characteristics throughout production, ensuring that the finished carpet reflects the agreed project specification.
Quality Begins with Materials and Craftsmanship
Our mosque and hotel carpets use 3-ply yarn, made by twisting three separate strands together. We combine carefully selected wools with a choice of weave densities and surface treatments.
We select wool type, yarn composition, weave density and thickness according to the needs of each space. Technical specifications for our mosque and hotel carpets are presented separately by product group.

We develop patterns, colours and layouts together with our clients. Whether you choose from an existing collection or commission a bespoke design, we adapt it to the dimensions and layout of your space.
For mosques, we consider prayer row alignment and architectural harmony. For hotels, we address the distinct needs of each area, from lobbies and corridors to guest rooms.
From Manufacturing to Professional Installation
In Turkey, our own professional teams carry out measuring, planning and carpet installation. For international projects, we work in coordination with local installation teams.
By planning manufacturing and installation together, we take care to achieve the right fit and maintain pattern continuity. We arrange shipping under the agreed terms and can organise door-to-door delivery on request.
