A carpet order that begins at an industrial estate in Demirci, Manisa, may eventually become the floor of a mosque or hotel on the other side of the world. From outside, this can look like a straightforward logistics process. In practice, every stage reflects an integrated approach to manufacturing.
The story begins in Demirci
We manufacture at our integrated facilities in Demirci, Manisa, a centre associated with Turkey’s carpet-making tradition. Here, we manage the process from yarn to finished product under one roof.
From consultation to design
The journey begins with understanding the needs of a mosque committee, architect or hotel procurement team. Our in-house design studio develops bespoke patterns, colours and, for mosque projects, prayer row layouts.
From measuring to manufacturing
The approved design is combined with precise measurements to create the technical specification. Manufacturing then begins in Demirci using weaving or AutoTuft, with every stage from yarn selection to final cutting carried out in-house.
From quality control to packing
We inspect quality throughout production. Once approved, the carpet is securely packed for its road or sea journey, with protection against moisture, pressure and handling damage as priorities.
Shipping and customs
Depending on the destination, carpets are shipped by sea, road or a combination of transport methods. Each country has its own customs and import requirements, making international trade experience an important part of the process.
A network reaching 59 countries
Our products have been exported to 59 countries, and we have contributed to more than 500 mosque and hotel projects across Europe, the Gulf region, North America, Australia and beyond. This reach reflects experience in logistics and customs processes as well as manufacturing.
On-site installation and handover
When the carpet reaches its destination, installation is coordinated according to the project’s needs. Our own teams work on projects in Turkey, while we coordinate with local fitting teams overseas. This helps carry the approved prayer row layout and pattern continuity through to the finished installation.
Why a coordinated process matters
Managing design, manufacturing and export through one manufacturer reduces the coordination burden on mosque committees and hotel teams. There is a single point of contact throughout the process.
The journey from Demirci ends beneath the feet of a hotel guest or a congregation at prayer, wherever the project may be. Maintaining the same commitment to quality at every stage is what connects the two.
