Sultanahmet

Sultanahmet takes its name from one of Istanbul’s best-known mosques, with a rich composition reflecting classical Ottoman design. Nine colourways—Burgundy, Cyan, Meteorite, Terracotta, Red, Natural, Royal Blue, Willow and Turquoise—allow it to suit mosques of different scales and architectural character. Its wool or wool–polyamide pile and 3-ply yarn construction are designed for heavy visitor and congregation traffic. Prayer row alignment is calculated to the mosque’s actual dimensions. Woolmark-licensed production and a Bfl-s1 reaction-to-fire classification support specification requirements for historic and newly built mosques.
