Your choices
Analytics and Advertising measurement are off on your first visit. No requests are sent to Google before Analytics consent or when Analytics is rejected; Google Tag Manager loads only with Analytics consent. Interactions that occur without consent are not sent later.

Accepting and rejecting are equally accessible. You can change your choice or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer of every page. When you withdraw Analytics consent, Google Analytics is disabled, Google analytics and advertising cookies are deleted and the page reloads. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing or automatically delete data already sent.
Your choice is stored for 6 months (183 days). You are asked to choose again when it expires or the policy version changes.

Analytics cookies are used only with Analytics consent. The two-year lifetimes are Google's defaults and have not been changed on the site. Separately from this browser cookie lifetime, event-level and user-level data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months. A new visit from the same browser restarts the 14-month period for user-level data. Aggregated standard reports are not affected by this retention setting.
If you visited the old site, your browser may still hold old cookies that the new site does not set; if you give Analytics consent, Google Analytics may reuse the existing visitor cookie. Rejecting or withdrawing consent deletes Google analytics and advertising cookies, including old ones; you can delete other old cookies through your browser settings.
Information processed for measurement
With Analytics consent, we measure page views, form starts, form errors using fixed codes, requests accepted by the server, clicks on WhatsApp/phone/email links and clicks on buttons leading to quotation/sample pages. A link click does not show that a call or message took place.
In Google Analytics 4, Google Signals and user-provided data collection are disabled; the site does not send a User-ID. Enhanced measurement is disabled; only events sent by the site are measured.
Measurement includes only the site address and path of the page URL, page title, safe previous-page information, page language and type, and project type, form type, error and link codes. The query and # parts of the page URL are removed. The project type code comes only from the project type selection or page path.
Names, company details, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, city/postcode, the country entered in a form, carpet area in m², messages/notes/preferences and other form content, and link destination addresses or numbers are not sent to Google measurement tools. Google also processes technical information such as cookie identifiers, browser/device details and approximate location derived from IP addresses. This measurement data is not entirely anonymous.
Transfers to Google
The recipients for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are Google LLC / Google Ireland; international transfers to the United States are involved. The standard contract and notification process under KVKK Article 9 has not yet been completed. Cookie consent does not replace an international transfer safeguard.

Your rights under KVKK to obtain information, request correction and, where conditions apply, deletion/destruction, together with your other rights and the application procedure, are explained on the Privacy Notice (KVKK) page: /en/privacy-notice.
